Upload a CSV file with one row per customer. Include at least one main identifier (email or phone) — adding more fields improves Meta match rates. Meta recommends lists of 1,000+ customers when possible.
Required identifiers
Include at least one of these columns. Both are recommended for a better match rate.

Optional fields
These are optional but help Meta match more people from your list.
